Over the decades the Junior Chamber of Commerce has offered personal and leadership development programs under the individual development portion of the Jaycee Concept. Local chapters could provide these programs at local chapter meetings to enhance the personal and leadership skills of thier members. Many of these programs were developed in conjunction with sponsors but many were researched, developed and written by staff members of the United States Junior Chamber of Commerce. Materials of which we have been able to obtain copies are identified by the year the documents were published but many were programs sponsored by the Jaycess on the national level for decades.
